Meet Dr. Jeff Appelmann

Thank you for visiting my site, drappelmann.com!  It is all about what I am doing in the world of Naturopathic Medicine.  I have been helping patients as a naturopath in Oakville Ontario for years!  I truly have a passion for helping others reach the healthiest spot they can be in, be it working with a sprained ankle, or working with those going through chronic illness (for more info on cancer please visit my Canadian Naturopathic Cancer Clinic website here).  It's so exciting to work with different aspects of Naturopathic Medicine, whether it be with nutrition, herbs, acupuncture or other things, and to see patients progress to a happier, healthier place!  Some may want to combine Naturopathic Medicine with the things they are doing with conventional medical treatments, and I think that's fantastic!  Naturopathic Medicine, when used properly, can complement things you are doing with your medical doctor and can help you get better results, help offset side effects that may come from those treatments and provide a sense of empowerment with regards to your own health!  Some may want to only utilize Naturopathic Medicine for their health needs, and that's great too, as it is a form of health care that can be extremely effective for a variety of concerns, not to mention it's invaluable benefits when it comes to prevention.  Remember, “Health is not simply the absence of sickness.”  ~Hannah Green
